Aug. 14, 11:34 a.m., Darian Nicole Howard, 31, Shelburn, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the value of property is at least $750 and less than $50,000. No bond was allowed.

Aug. 14, 3:10 p.m., Ryan Douglas Neice, 43, Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief with a pecuniary loss of at least $750 but less than $50,000. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Aug. 15, 3:01 p.m., Jason Ray Robertson, Jr., 18, Washington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of intimidation. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Aug. 15, 7:47 p.m., Anibal Geovani Lopez-Monge, 35, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman. No bond was allowed.

Aug. 16, 5:26 p.m., Dustin Eugene Watts, 45, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
