New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, June 17, 2026:

June 16, 11:09 a.m., Ashley Nicole Babcock, 38, Albany, Ky., was arrested on a warrant for residential entry and criminal trespass. No bond was allowed. 

June 16, 4:03 p.m., Carl David Wayne McCarty, 36, Bedford, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the value of property is at least $750 and less than $50,000 and theft. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $500.
