New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, March 6, 2026:

March 5, 12:18 p.m., Coty Lee Parsley, 33, Lyons, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. No bond was allowed. 

March 6, 8:00 a.m., Sarah Lee Davis, 44, Jasonville, was arrested on preliminary charges of obstruction of traffic and public indecency. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
