New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, March 5, 2026:

March 4, 4:44 p.m., Wilbur Eugene Butler, 44, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. On those charges, no bond was allowed. He was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear and unlawful carrying of a handgun with a prior conviction within 15 years. For the warrants, no bond was allowed.

March 5, 4:59 a.m., Caleb Sean Pickel, 26, Jasonville, was arrested on preliminary charges of habitual traffic offender, false identity statement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated–endangerment, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $9,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on five out-of-county warrants for probation violations. On those warrants, no bond was allowed.

March 5, 7:13 a.m., Tabitha Ann Tosti, 44, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. No bond was allowed.
