New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026:

Feb. 3, 3:46 p.m., Denzel Dantrell Travis, 32, Indianapolis, was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, fraud, interfering with public safety, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, and aggravated battery. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
