New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026: 

Feb. 13, 10:24 a.m., Kaine Anthony Willhoite, 26, Owensburg, was arrested on a warrant for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. No bond was allowed. 

Feb. 14, 3:37 a.m., Jennifer Nicole Denardi, 32, homeless, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. No bond was allowed. 

Feb. 14, 7:29 p.m., Dana Carol McArtor, 48, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy. No bond was allowed. 

Feb. 25, 12:42 a.m., Cory Allen Ramsey, 36, Spencer, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
