New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026:

Jan. 29, 1:52 a.m., Raymond Earl Yelladay, 43, Indianapolis, was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and refusal to aid an officer. His bond was set at $1,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $150.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
