New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025:

Sept. 10, 12:18 p.m., Michael Wade Pate, 44, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. He was also arrested on warrants for possession of a Schedule II, III, IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, interfering with public safety, and possession of marijuana with a prior conviction. On those charges, he was also held without bond. 

Sept. 10, 2:02 p.m., Dustin Andrew Snowden, 33, Carlisle, was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and reckless driving. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
