Greene County Jail Log

New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025: 

Sep. 9, 1:57 p.m., Jacob Briar Hayden, 32, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for burglary, theft when the value of property is at least $750 and less than $50,000, and criminal mischief. No bond was allowed. 

Sept. 9, 10:12 p.m., Daphine Ann Murphy, 48, Solsberry, was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV substance. No bond was allowed. 

Sept. 9, 11:07 p.m., James Edward Sells, 46, Lyons, was arrested on a warrant for burglary, theft, and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $12,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Sept. 10, 4:53 a.m., Beth Ann Booker, 41, Hymera, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated–endangerment. Her bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
