New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025:

Aug. 12, 3:38 p.m., Hailey Jo Stewart, 28, Spencer, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. 

Aug. 12, 6:43 p.m., Andrew Wayne Helton, 34, Solsberry, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. No bond was allowed. 

Aug. 12, 7:35 p.m., Andrew Robert Anderson, Jr., 44, Solsberry, was arrested on a warrant for sexual misconduct with a minor/fondling. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $1,000.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
