New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025:

Dec. 11, 11:32 a.m., Jordan Matthew Sharp, 38, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for interfering with public safety. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Dec. 12, 1:16 a.m., Chelsea Nicole Randolph, 38, Owensville, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless driving, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated–endangerment. Her bond was set at $4,500 with 10% cash allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
