New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025:

Nov. 5, 1:20 p.m., Alex James Blake Webb, 36, Dugger, was arrested on a warrant for intimidation and domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Nov. 4, 5:21 p.m., Cole Ryan Berry, 20, Springville, was arrested on a warrant for residential entry. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Nov. 4, 6:35 p.m., William Wayne Lacer, 46, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of battery committed with a deadly weapon. No bond was allowed. 

Nov. 4, 9:15 p.m., Steven Alex Holden Culbertson, 24, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
