Nov. 2, 12:02 a.m., Brent J. Parsley, 48, Bloomington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on an out-of-county warrant for a court order sentence violation. On that charge, no bond was allowed.

Nov. 2, 1:52 a.m., Justin Todd Cullison, 37, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Nov. 2, 2:58 p.m., Kevin Wayne Moore, 51, Sandborn, was arrested on a warrant for dealing methamphetamine. No bond was allowed.

Nov. 2, 5:30 p.m., Curtis Shane Freeland, 40, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed.

Nov. 3, 9:53 p.m., Billy Lee Haseman, 19, Shelburn, was arrested on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a property damage crash, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and minor consuming an alcoholic beverage. His bond was set at $5,500 surety with 10% cash allowed.
