New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025:

Nov. 13, 12:59 a.m., Jill Marie Dyer, 42, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, interfering with public safety, and refusal to aid an officer. Her bond was set at $5,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Nov. 13, 6:07 a.m., George Keith Arthur, Jr., 45, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for battery with moderate bodily injury. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
