May 28, 10:53 AM, Philip Richard Weber, 45, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of refusal to aid an officer, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the same day after posting $250. Linton Police Department Officer JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

May 28, 1:13 PM, James Madison Sturgis, 50, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Adam Adcock was the arresting officer.

May 28, 3:30 PM, Cody John Merriman, 30, Freedom, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the value of property is at least $750 but less than $50,000. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the same day after posting $400. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Ted Holley was the arresting officer.

May 28, 9:05 PM, Alexander Scott Sullivan, 29, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, possession of methamphetamine, dealing methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and unlawful carrying of a handgun. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer.
