May 25, 3:49 PM, Jeffrey Scott Bays II, 40, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $1,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the following day after posting $150. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer.

May 28, 12:45 AM, Emilia Louise Criss, 34, was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia and nonsupport of dependent child violation. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Mitchell Eberbardt was the arresting officer.

May 28, 1:38 AM, Kyle Gene Feutz, 38, Worthington, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and a lifetime habitual traffic offender. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Andrew Shelton was the arresting officer.
