New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, March 6, 2024:

March 6, 9:27 AM, Kage Ryan Grove Fougerousse, 28, Jasonville, was arrested on two warrants for theft with a prior unrelated conviction for theft or conversion. On those warrants, his bond was set at $4,000 surety each with 10% cash allowed. He was also booked on a warrant for failure to appear. On that warrant, no bond was allowed. Jasonville Police Chief Ryan Van Horn was the arresting officer.

March 5, 2:09 PM, Oscar Cortes Hernandez, 36, Indianapolis, was arrested on a warrant for failure to return to lawful detention. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine and residential entry. On that warrant, no bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Zach Mead was the arresting officer.

March 5, 4:06 PM, Buddy Paul Smith, 33, Bloomington, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of a legend drug or precursor, theft, interfering with public safety, and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $18,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Worthington Town Marshal Jacob Gambill was the arresting officer.
