New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, March 5, 2024:

March 4, 12:49 PM, Madison Taylor Bohnert, 24, Coalmont, was arrested on two warrants for possession of methamphetamine and identity deception. On one warrant, her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed, while no bond was allowed for the other warrant. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Major Terry Wade was the arresting officer. 

March 5, 6:38 AM, Sarah B. Hall, 45, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for identity deception and fraud. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Brandon Eads was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
