New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, March 13, 2024:

March 12, 11:19 AM, Brandi Lee Floyd, 40, was arrested on a warrant for escape, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, refusal to aid an officer, and possession of a legend drug. She was held on a surety only bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer. 

March 12, 2:30 PM, Gregg Allen Brown, 64, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed. Worthington Police Department Officer David Sparks was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
