New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023:

Sept. 11, 8:43 AM, Steven Eugene Fullom, 64, Pimento, was arrested on a warrant for sexual battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Sept. 12, 4:01 AM, Lawrence Keith Abram, 45, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
