His bond was set at $14,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $1400 and was released later the same day.

February 8, 2023, 5:21 PM, Sean Kyle Bays, 54, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a charge of felony intimidation. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Zach Goad was the arresting officer.

February 8, 2023, 8:39 PM, Brandon M. Hicks, 29, Worthington, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony battery on a person less than 14 years old. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10 percent cash allowed. Worthington Police Chief Jacob Gambill was the arresting officer.
