February 7, 2023, 10:23 AM, James Donald Anderson, 35, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and misdemeanor reckless driving. His bond was set at $10,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Indiana State Police Trooper Eric Nash was the arresting officer.

February 7, 2023, 3:50 PM, Dustin Shane Freeman, 24, Spencer, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor reckless driving. His bond was set at $500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $50 and was released later the same day. Worthington Police Chief Jacob Gambill was the arresting officer.

February 7, 2023, 6:16 PM, Mystique Nicole Rathbun, 34, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery against a person less than 14 years old and neglect of a dependent. Her bond was set at $14,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Detective Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.

February 8, 2023, 12:16 AM, Joshua Weaver Thompson, 31, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued out of another county for a probation violation. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.
