New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023:

Oct. 6, 5:03 PM, Thomas Patrick Gordon, 51, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer.

Oct. 6, 5:59 PM, Cody Alan Perkins, 33, Switz City, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

Oct. 6, 11:36 PM, William Cody Wilson, 30, Pineville, La., was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

Oct. 7, 8:33 AM, Kaleb Lee Sherrill, 27, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for direct contempt of court. His bond was set at $2,000 cash only. He was released after posting $2,000.
