New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, July 21, 2022:

July 20, 2022, 5:45 PM, Chad Michael Pante, 44, Jasonville, Indiana, had a warrant out for his arrest on a petition to revoke bond in a pending case involving felony resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and misdemeanor intimidation,driving while suspended with a prior and refusal to aid an officer. In the process of serving the warrant, Pante was also arrested on new preliminary charges as felony battery against a law enforcement officer, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bond pending court appearance on the new charges but he is being held without bond on the petition to revoke bond in the pending case. Greene County Sheriff's Detective Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.

CHAD MICHAEL PANTE

July 21, 2022, 12:39 AM, Dakota Lyn Hitchcock, 25, Morrisonville, Illinois, was arrested on a warrant issued out of another county in a case involving misdemeanor theft. She was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Waymon JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

DAKOTA LYN HITCHCOCK

July 21, 2022, 8:20 AM, Thurman William Rutledge, 30, Terre Haute, Indiana, was arrested for failure to appear in a case involving escape - failure to return to lawful detention. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

July 21, 2022, 8:46 AM, Joseph Michael McBride, 44, Sullivan, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a pending case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.
