June 23, 2022, 1:18 PM, Jeffrey Alan Dixon, 56, Troy, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony theft. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $1000 and was released later the same day.

June 23, 2022, 5:29 PM, Kelley Lynn Carpenter, 55, Clarksville, Tennessee, was arrested on new preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more.
