June 22, 2022, 10:44 AM, Paul Matthew Turpin, 46, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

June 22, 2022, 3:30 PM, Kaitlyn Marie Byers, 23, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and illegal possession of a syringe. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Sergeant Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

June 22, 2022, 4:21 PM, Dalton Wade Purvis, 29, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony theft of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor theft and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $5500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
