June 18, 2022, 4:28 PM, Justin Alan Swaby, 45, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor domestic battery and interference in the reporting of a crime. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.
