New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, April 22, 2022:

April 21, 2022, 8:36 AM, John Tyrone Keys, 54, Sullivan, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony residential entry. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
