His bond was set at $1000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on April 12. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Devin Goad was the arresting officer.

April 11, 2022, 2:00 PM, Roger Alan Burris II, 31, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury and two counts of criminal mischief. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $1000 and was released later the same day.
