New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, March 31, 2022:

March 30, 2022, 4:10 p.m. – Robert Ronald Roy, 42, Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at a change of plea hearing in a case involving felony lifetime habitual traffic violations. He was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Caleb Garvin was the arresting officer.

March 30, 2022, 4:31 p.m. – Cody Randall Sullivan, 30, Linton, was arrested on a warrant issued out of another county in a case involving felony domestic battery and neglect of a dependent and misdemeanor criminal recklessness and disorderly conduct. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
