December 6, 2022, 1:43 PM, Brandon Ray Harden, 34, Bloomington, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at his initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

December 6, 2022, 3:08 PM, Michael Lee Pemberton, 42, Lyons, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in a case involving felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old with bond set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant issued on a new charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. In this case he was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Devin Goad was the arresting officer.

December 6, 2022, 5:12 PM, Robert Liberty Peters, 50, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.

December 6, 2022, 9:30 PM, Bradley G. Dyer, 52, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
