September 16, 2:23 p.m. – Gregory Robert Barnes, 19, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing for misdemeanor false informing. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Worthington Deputy Marshal Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.

September 16, 5:32 p.m. – Anthony Lee Minks, 36, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Worthington Deputy Marshal Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.

September 17, 12:13 a.m. – Lanny Drew Berlin, 54, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
