October 15, 10:03 a.m. – David James Weber, 27, Hymera, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day.

October 16, 2:48 a.m. – Jeremiah Edward Damron, 36, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Caleb Walker was the arresting officer.

October 16, 1:19 p.m. – Terry Oliver Bultman Jr., 43, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft – shoplifting. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Lt. Logan Hobbs was the arresting officer.

October 17, 2:43 a.m. – Anibal Geovani Lopez, 30, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $450 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.
