New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, October 13, 2021:

October 12, 12:53 p.m. – Austin Wade Hudson, 28, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued in a case involving misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond. Lyons Town Marshal C. Royce Honeycutt was the arresting officer.

October 12, 4:43 p.m. – Kirsten Lynn Werner, 29, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor criminal mischief. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

October 12, 7:39 p.m. – Brandon Charles Sanders, 27, Oakland City, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony identity deception. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Kelly Hutchens was the arresting officer.
