New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, January 19, 2021:

January 17, 5:17 p.m. – Tab Leslie Morris, 48, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony fraud and misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $9,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

January 18, 9:09 p.m. – Charles Thomas Langley Jr., 56, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a motor vehicle while being an habitual traffic violator, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $14,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Indiana State Police Trooper Caleb Garvin was the arresting officer.

January 19, 12:07 a.m. – Jonathon Douglas Blackwell, 32, Sandborn, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued in Greene County for failure to appear at an evidentiary hearing on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine, and one issued in Vigo County for failure to appear in court in a felony case. His bond in Greene County was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was being held without bond for Vigo County. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
