August 17, 10:07 a.m. – Carl Lee Pennington, 30, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and misdemeanor possession of a handgun without a license. He was being held without bond.

August 17, 11:50 a.m. – Dwayne Faidherbe, 57, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony dealing in methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Chief Paul Clark was the arresting officer.

August 17, 10:10 p.m. – William J. Poe, 38, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

August 17, 10:24 p.m. – Joshua Dean Carter, 31, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Morgan County in a case involving misdemeanor criminal mischief. Bond information not available. Jasonville Police Sgt. Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.
