New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, May 28, 2020:

May 27, 5:24 p.m. – David William Stewart, Jr., 35, Bloomfield, Ind., was booked into jail for an alleged violation of work release. He was being held without bond in a case involving felony criminal recklessness. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

May 27, 8:19 p.m. – Jameel Leslie Golden, 24, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor reckless driving, driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years and possession of a handgun without a license. His bond was set at $2,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Police Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.
