New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, May 18, 2020:

May 15, 6:46 p.m. – Cathy Marie Chesterfield, 39, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana, and on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. Her bond was set at $9,000 total surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $900 and was released on May 16. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

May 15, 9:58 p.m. – Zackary Lee Wraley, 26, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on May 17. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

May 16, 12:22 a.m. – Tammy Michelle Sullivan, 49, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

May 16, 4:21 a.m. – Herbert Lee Piker, 50, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

May 16, 10:35 a.m. – Brant Mason Boyd, 37, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on warrants, one on a petition to revoke bond in a case of felony domestic battery in the presence of a child, one for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy and one on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.

May 16, 10:52 a.m. – Justin Tyrel Lay, 38, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Gooding was the arresting officer.

May 17, 6:36 a.m. – John Thomas Rogers, 27, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
