New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, February 7, 2020:

February 6, 3:50 p.m. – Travis Allen Flowers, 28, Hymera, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bond pending court appearance.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
