February 5, 2:49 p.m. – Christopher Alan Weaver, 42, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.

February 5, 3:03 p.m. – Daniel Lee Anglea, 40, Sullivan, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction for misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. He was being held without bond.

February 5, 10:08 p.m. – Bailey Sheri Kelly, 29, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

February 6, 12:29 a.m. – Robert Alan Dale, 57, Hymera, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony robbery, criminal recklessness with a firearm, theft, intimidation, pointing a firearm and confinement, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $59,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. Sgt. Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.
