New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, October 1, 2020:
September 29, 7:28 a.m. – Martin Servin Guzman, 58, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony dealing in methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. He was transported in from another county. His bond has been set at $100,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

September 29, 4:17 p.m. – Kenneth Pettus Jr., 28, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued after his bond was revoked in a case involving felony theft of a motor vehicle. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Andrew Duguay was the arresting officer.

September 29, 5:41 p.m. – Shyler Dale Vincent, 30, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing for a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the new charge and $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the warrant. He posted $50 plus $500 and was released on September 30. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

September 29, 5:41 p.m. – Robin Ann Parksey, 50, Brazil, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued in a case involving misdemeanor theft. She was being held without bond.

September 30, 12:19 a.m. – April Lois Marie Missel, 41, Clinton, Ill., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

September 30, 3:48 p.m. – Tyler Ray Gadberry, 33, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.
