New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, January 17, 2020:

January 16, 3:01 p.m. – Autiana Faye Fields, 19, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or II controlled substance in the body. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Indiana State Trooper John Yung was the arresting officer.

January 17, 12:38 a.m. – Thomas Carl Jaroscak, 43, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charges of felony aggravated battery and possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Logan Hobbs was the arresting officer.

January 17, 3:24 a.m. – William Wesley Smith, 33, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $10,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.
