September 27, 2:32 p.m. – Kylee Marie Hutt, 32, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

September 27, 10:06 p.m. – Marvin Leroy Brewer, 42, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

September 28, 5:11 a.m. – Joseph David Kellay, 23, Battle Creek, Michigan, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $50 and was released later the same day. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

September 28, 6:20 p.m. – Dallas Collin Regan, 27, Martinsville, Ind, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony auto theft. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

September 29, 7:59 p.m. – Cheyenne Nicole Riley, 28, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released on September 30. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

September 30, 1:08 a.m. – Darrell Dwayne Smith, Jr., 36, Carlisle, Ind.., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine, and on a warrant issued out of Owen County in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
