New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, September 27, 2019:

September 26, 2:39 p.m. – Pamela Sue Cinamon, 32, Ellettsville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for felony failure to return to lawful detention. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Special Deputy Karen Oliphant was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
