New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, September 26, 2019:

September 25, 11:37 a.m. – Jacqulyn Raye McDaniels 31, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing and on a warrant issued out of Dubois County in a case involving felony possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond in the Greene County case was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed but she was being held without bond in the Dubois County case. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

September 25, 1:24 p.m. – Jason Lynn Fulford, 44, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

September 26, 2:28 p.m. – Marissa Katherine Dyer, 24, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

September 26, 2:45 p.m. – Elijah Bartholomew Query, 24, Jasper, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC greater than 08 but less than .15. His bond was set at $21,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Kyle Robison was the arresting officer.
