June 27, 1:11 a.m. – Austin Michael Fulford, 23, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $500 cash only. Jasonville Police Officer Andrew Duguay was the arresting officer.

June 27, 3:19 a.m. – Bryon Keith Reeves, 38, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
