October 1, 8:31 a.m. – Jamie Jo Staten, 52, Bloomfield, Ind, was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felon burglary, auto theft, habitual traffic offender and misdemeanor refusal to aid an officer. Her bond was set at $23,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

October 1, 3:05 p.m. – Christopher Dwight Overly, 50, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear to serve a sentence in a case involving misdemeanor theft. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

October 1, 3:21 p.m. – James Ervin Kelley, 54, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence involving misdemeanor being an habitual traffic offender. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

October 1, 8:30 p.m. – James Andrew Hargrove, 50, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

October 1, 9:18 p.m. – Kevin Michael Wolfe, 40, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery, criminal confinement and strangulation. His bond was set at $12,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

October 2, 12:29 a.m. – Kenton Glenn Helton, 26, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.
