New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • September 19 – Brandy Jae Taylor, 44, Solsberry, was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony dealing methamphetamine. She was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Mark Clephane was the arresting officer.

  • September 19 – Jeffery Dean Taylor, 56, Solsberry, was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony dealing methamphetamine and two counts of possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Det. Joshua Allen was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
