December 21, 5:34 p.m. – Daniel Ray Hyatt, 55, Vincennes, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.
December 21, 9:39 p.m. – Skylar Jacob Vestal, 24, Sandborn, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Franklin County in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
December 22, 1:20 p.m. – Phillip H. Meurer II, 49, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $500 cash only. He was released later the same day after posting $500 cash.
December 22, 4:33 p.m. – Troy Allen Lowe, 35, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $2,000 cash only. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
December 22, 6:24 p.m. – Erica Nichole Vincent, 33, Owensburg, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor compulsory school attendance violation. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She was released later the same day after posting $500 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
December 22, 9:11 p.m. – Samuel Edward Summerville, 29, Newberry, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony resisting law enforcement and habitual traffic offender and misdemeanor reckless driving and false reporting, and the other issued on preliminary charges of felony domestic battery and misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in the first and $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in the second. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.
December 23, 1:40 a.m. – Kelsey G. Graves, 37, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
December 23, 12:13 p.m. – Jeffery Scott Bays II, 34, Linton, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor theft and criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $6,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Det. Paul Clark was the arresting officer.
December 23, 5:32 p.m. – Russell Dale Hardisty, 54, Linton, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued in a case of misdemeanor interfering with a drug or alcohol test, another issued in a case involving felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and on a warrant issued out of Knox County in a case involving felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and two counts of possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
December 23, 7:15 p.m. – Sheri Lynn Fiscus, 38, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony battery against a public safety official and misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Jasonville Police Officer Jake Gambill was the arresting officer.
December 25, 6:19 a.m. – Joey Lee Edmonson, 29, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony strangulation and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
December 25, 6:45 p.m. – Shawn Michael Lee Forsythe, 19, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony intimidation. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
