  • October 18, 11:01 p.m. – Joe Wayne McKee, Jr., 34, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony dealing methamphetamine possession of a syringe, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. He was being held without bond. Worthington Deputy Marshal James Harrington was the arresting officer.

  • October 18, 11:41 p.m. – Devin Joseph Waggoner, 32, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Worthington Deputy Marshal James Harrington was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
